James Nesslage began working in the construction fields as a young man and has spent over thirty years finding creative solutions to the unique problems common to older residential and commercial buildings using a broad spectrum of skills including skills particularly applicable to Home Energy Performance. He is a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional, ID# CAN09604.

Jim Nesslage, Sr. was a licenced contractor in California for 15 years with a business that concentrated on residential and commercial renovation. With the often challenging task of designing and implementing architectural improvements to existing buildings, he has had extensive experience developing innovative solutions to difficult problems.

Rebecca Nesslage started maintaining company records over 30 years ago and keeps our office up to date and running efficiently .

Michelle Nesslage continues working with the public, as she has for the past 27 years, directing instructional training with individuals and groups, along with public education campaigns.

Kevin Sandefur maintains a high standard of workmanship with personal training and oversight of labor personnel. With over 25 years in the trades, he has specialized in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Thermal Insulation with an emphasis on product efficiency and client satisfaction. He is a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional, ID# CAN09605.
